Jennifer is an experienced Human Resource professional with degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and has received certification as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR).
She is also a member of HRAM and volunteers on the Certification Committee that focuses on helping other human resource professionals gain the knowledge necessary to reach certification.
She has experience in private and publicly held companies in Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri ranging in employees from a staff of 30 to 3,000. She provides companies with practical solutions to the full range of employer/employee related issues.
