How do I apply?
A resume is needed to determine if you are a possible candidate. Click on the Find a Job button on the left to search for NOLL's open positions.
Enter your job criteria and click on submit. Click on the job you are interested in and qualified for. Then follow the instructions to send your resume
to the recruiter. Recruiters contact the most qualified candidates first. If you do not receive a return phone call for the position you originally submitted
your resume for, continue to search for positions on www.nolljobs.com. Submit your resume directly to the
recruiter posted on each particular position.

How do I complete an online application?
NOLL's online application system is password protected and is not located on this website. A NOLL Recruiter gives the website link and password to you. Begin by following the directions under (How do I apply?).

Can I come to your office and apply in person?
You may walk-in and apply Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm; however, without an appointment there is no guarantee
that you will be interviewed that day. At this time you will also be asked to complete a typing, 10-key, and alphanumeric data entry test.

Does NOLL have any minimum requirements for employment?
You must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be authorized to work in the United States and have a
working telephone number in which to reach you directly. Each position has a set of additional requirements, which will be posted in the
job advertisement and discussed with the recruiter during the phone screen and interview process.

How long does the application process take?
The application process can take up to 3 hours depending on the position(s) you are applying for. Some of the information may be completed
from home such as your application and software testing. Watch the application process
you will go through at NOLL. This process helps us match client positions with the most qualified candidates.

Is there a fee to apply or to use NOLL's services?
There is never a fee to you!

I have already applied why hasn't anyone called me about a position?
The recruiters review all the applications and contact the most qualified applicants, so what you may want to do is keep reviewing the job postings and continue to submit your resume directly to the recruiter working on the position.

| 2. Job Information |
What types of skills are needed for positions NOLL has available?
Skill requirements vary by position and client but at a minimum NOLL has the following requirements:
- Type at least 25 words per minute. Most clients require a higher speed, (35wpm - 45wpm).
- 75% pass rate on a Clerical Evaluation, which includes math, filing, punctuation/capitalization, grammar, spelling, and comparison problems.
- Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Will you find me a job fast?
Your placement with a client company will be based on work history, skills, work experience, and interview(s). NOLL is an excellent resource for getting your information to our client companies, however we encourage you to use additional resources such as applying to companies on your own, attending career fairs, and registering with additional agencies because we cannot guarantee placement.
NOLL will attempt to place you in a position as quickly as possible if you meet job requirements, however not all positions start immediately. The jobs we have open are the jobs clients tell us they want filled.

What are the work options through NOLL?
- Temporary Positions - Temporary assignments enable you to work for NOLL from four hours a day to forty or more hours weekly in a variety of organizations. We have opportunities available at various time schedules, durations, and locations.
- Temp-to-hire Positions - Both client and employee contract with NOLL in this flexible plan to make sure profiles are compatible. If you are placed in a temp-to-hire assignment you are retained on NOLL's payroll for a predetermined time period, after which you are eligible to become employed by the client.
- Direct-hire Positions - Our Recruiting Specialists evaluate your skills and work experience to arrange interviews for you with clients offering specific career opportunities on a regular employment basis. You go to work directly for the client company.

What types of jobs does NOLL have?
NOLL typically fills a variety of positions including: Accounting Clerks, Accounting Professionals, Administrative Assistants, Chemists/Lab
Assistants, Customer Service, Data Entry, Executive Assistants, General Office, Human Resources, Marketing, Medical Clerical/Billing,
Paralegals/Legal Administration, Purchasing, Receptionists, Sales, and Technical Help Desk.

Does NOLL provide Health Insurance?
Individual health and dental insurance is available through an independent agent. NOLL does not contribute towards the cost of individual health and/or dental plans. Certain additional benefits are available on an assignment-by-assignment basis.

Does NOLL provide Holiday Pay?
Holiday pay is available after six months and 1,040 hours of continuous full-time employment. Continuous employment is defined as an assigned associate who has averaged 30 hours per week for at least the past 26 weeks prior to the holiday.
The scheduled days before and after the holiday must be worked. Additionally the day on which the holiday falls must be part of your normal work schedule.
Holidays paid are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Does NOLL provide Vacation Pay?
Vacation pay is available after one year and 2,080 regular hours of continuous full-time employment.

| 5. Pay Information |
When should I turn in my time card?
Time cards need to be returned to NOLL no later than 10:00am each Monday following the week you worked. If time cards are not returned on time it can delay our ability to get you paid on time.
Make sure time cards are filled out correctly and that your supervisor, at the company you are working at, and you have signed it.

When do I get paid?
Payday is weekly on Friday. You will be paid for the hours you completed the previous week. Paychecks or pay stubs (if you elect direct deposit) will be sent out on Thursday and should be received by Friday or Saturday.
Please contact us immediately if you have not received pay or if your paycheck is incorrect.

Can I have my check directly deposited?
Yes, you may have your check directly deposited to a checking or savings account, please complete the direct deposit form and
fax it to NOLL, Attn: Payroll 334-7333 or take it to the office. Please continue to monitor your paycheck each week to ensure that your request to start or stop a direct deposit has occurred.
Please refer any questions concerning payroll to your Staffing Manager that placed you on assignment.

| 6. References/Background Checks/Drug Screening Information |
Will NOLL run a background check on me to search for convictions?
Criminal background checks will be ran for select positions and based on client requirements. Should you not meet the requirements of a position with a client or with NOLL based upon the consumer report, NOLL will notify you and send you an adverse action letter with a copy of the report.

Will NOLL ask me to do a drug test?
Drug screens are required for select positions and based on client requirements. If a drug screen is required for a position NOLL will provide you with the documents and information you will need to have it completed.

Do I have to have good credit to qualify for positions at NOLL?
Credit checks will be ran for a small segment of clients that require "good" credit. They are typically in the banking or financial industry. We have other clients with less strict requirements so please discuss with a recruiter if you have any concerns.
If credit is a requirement for a position a recruiter will advise. Should you not meet the requirements of the position based upon the consumer report NOLL will notify you and send you an adverse action letter with a copy of the report.

Will NOLL verify my previous employment?
NOLL will verify previous dates of employment and will contact 3 references you provide on your application. References may include co-workers, supervisors, professors, someone you volunteered with etc. Please do not provide friends and family as references.
