This is NOLL's Application Process and is an important part
for you to work with NOLL to find employment. It is this
process that sets NOLL apart from other agencies in helping
candidates and clients make a great match! Prior to this
Application Process, you must submit a resume through our
Find a Job page and speak to a recruiter. NOLL Applications
are sent directly to candidates after reviewing their resume
and speaking with them in person or over the phone. If you

| 1. Welcome |
|
Welcome to NOLL Human Resource Services. We are eager to assist you with your job search.
In order to do so, we would like to show you exactly what to expect when you come to NOLL to complete our process.
When you walk in, the Application and Testing Coordinator will greet you promptly.
Please let him/her know which recruiter you are here to interview with. They will then take you through the following process.
Please feel free to ask the Coordinator any questions as you go. All applicants are reminded to turn off and stow all electronic devices prior to entering the testing area.

| 2. Application - Skill Code |
|
The NOLL Application will need to be filled out as accurately and completely as possible. Your application is just as important as your resume. Please make sure to fill in all of the required fields.
You will need to know your demographic information, educational history, references NOLL can contact, and your work history including date of employment and job duties. Remember, this information will be
input into our database and is used in assisting you find a position that is a great fit! The more accurately you complete the information needed, the easier we can assist in placing you.
The application may be filled out online before coming to NOLL to interview. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
In addition to the Application we will have you complete the Skill Code Sheet. Simply circle any duties you have done, or feel
that you could do in a future position. This provides the recruiter with important information such as: duties you like to perform, schedule you prefer to work,
and location preference of where you would like to work.
Also, you will be asked to fill out a short self-identification form. This is voluntary. This information helps NOLL complete certain reports as required by law.

| 3. Clerical Evaluation |
|
The Clerical Evaluation is an important test of your skills and abilities and is submitted to potential employers. You will be tested on math, filing, punctuation, grammar, comparison, and spelling skills.
Take your time to complete the Clerical Evaluation and feel free to ask the Application and Testing Coordinator to clarify any questions you may have. The
use of dictionaries, calculators, or any electronic device is not permitted.

| 4. Prove IT! Testing |
|
Certain skills are important for you to show in order for NOLL to effectively place you in a position. Therefore, we will be testing you on basic skills such as typing, 10key data entry, and alpha-numeric data entry.
You may also be tested on software programs such as MicroSoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, depending on the types of positions you are interested in.
The Prove IT! Testing may be done from home if you have internet access and your computer system meets the requirements needed to complete the testing online.

| 5. Conditional Job Offer/Education Verification |
|
Provided you meet NOLL's initial hiring requirements you will receive a Conditional Job Offer. In summary, the Conditional Job Offer says that we
would like to offer you employment, but it is conditional upon the positions we have available, your job skills, your interview with NOLL and the
client, etc. Please read over the Conditional Job Offer carefully when received. If you have any questions please ask your recruiter during your interview.
You will also need to complete the Education Verification form. By doing so it allows NOLL to easily verify your educational history. Please fill it out
completely and accurately. We do have materials available to help you obtain information needed on this form. Please ask the Coordinator if you need assistance.
NOLL verifies the last educational institute you attended and any degrees obtained.

| 6. Payroll/Medical Information |
Please accurately complete the medical information needed. This information will be used should you ever have a medical emergency on the job.
In addition you must complete a W-4 and I-9. This will allow us to pay you for work done through NOLL and is a requirement by law.
In order to complete these forms, you must bring acceptable forms of identification.

| 7. Behavioral Profile |
|
The behavioral profile is a short questionnaire. Please read each question carefully and choose the answer that best suits you.

| 8. Interview |
|
You are now ready to meet with your recruiter to interview. Everything completed prior to the interview helps NOLL recruiters make a great match between
the candidate and the client. Please be prepared to answer questions in regards to your work history and types of positions you are interested in and qualified for.
Please answer the questions honestly and accurately to assist the recruiter in placing you into a position that best meets your needs.
