The right person will have excellent ability to hunt for new clients within a specific industry then develop those accounts through quality recruiting practices, follow through and persistence. You will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and placing highly skilled professionals with your clients. In addition, you must be competitive, self-motivated, organized and goal oriented.
