Behavioral interviews are scheduled for both predictive analysis and developmental appraisals. A predictive analysis is performed for selection and hiring purposes of candidates not currently employed by you. A developmental appraisal is performed for an employee in a variety of situations including promotion, succession planning, periodic reviews, team development, executive on-boarding, change of job duties and even termination.
Interviews are available 24 hours a day/seven days a week. However, every attempt is made to schedule interviews during regular working hours. If this is not possible, we will make adjustments for the individual's time schedule.
CONTACT VAL BY PHONE OR EMAIL TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW
The
name and
phone number of the person to be interviewed. We will contact them directly and arrange a mutually agreeable time.
For a predictive analysis profile, please forward a copy of the candidate's resume and job description for which they are being considered to
vsullivan@nolljobs.com or fax it to 402-334-9200; Attn: Val.
Predictive Analysis:
- Inform the candidate that the Noll interview is part of your interview process.
- Let them know that it is a behavioral profile made up of structured questions delivered in a stress-free manner and generally conducted over the telephone. Usually seen as an interesting, enjoyable experience, it is an extra step to ensure proper job fit.
- The interview takes about an hour. However, in some situations, people may provide detailed answers, causing the interview to be extended.
Developmental Appraisals:
- Employees can be informed of the same instructions as above.
- Put additional emphasis on the fact that we will be helping these individuals isolate talents and capabilities for their own benefit and personal growth. We will also work to assist their manager in helping them develop to their maximum potential in your work environment.

Verbal feedback is usually available within 24 hours or less of the interview. Each interview comes complete with an emailed hard-copy report shortly thereafter. In addition, the hard-copy report is mailed to the requesting party.
We strongly discourage our clients from supplying feedback to candidates whom they choose not to hire. However, if a candidate is selected for hire, our clients will keep the report and use it to help the candidate and the manager maximize the effectiveness of the report for growth purposes of the individual.
We are also able to provide personal feedback to the hired candidate, client and / or manager together for an additional fee.
As the cover of each report indicates, we recommend that if there are any questions or concerns from either the interviewee or the manager, please call us and we will be glad to maximize the use of the instrument and report by giving personal feedback related to specific questions and concerns.
